Manage the Conflicts on the meeting requests in the leader’s calendar.

Book Rooms, VFM, VC Rooms, hotels, and meetings in for external meetings

Set up meetings with the customers as per the priority given by the leaders and set up meeting with the internal teams.

Coordinate with the logistics team for the meeting room arrangements.

Concur requests and approvals.

Hotel, ticket and Cab bookings

Visa applications, Forex, Insurance

Concur reimbursements, Upload bills

Flight changes/Missed flights/Hotel changes etc.

Corp card limit increase requests.

International travel: Liasoning with the local employees and get the bookings done. Understand the policies and the system of the international travels and accordingly do the job
